   Gymnastics is translated from Greek (gymnastike, gimnazo – exercise, train) as a special system of chosen exercises and methodical approaches, which are used for strengthening health, physical development in harmony with all parts of organism. There are several types of gymnastics: hygienic, athletic, sports, acrobatics, art gymnastics and one you do at work. One cannot live without any movements.
   Diet and gymnastics are our reliable friends – they are closely connected with our way of life. Physical exercises provide people with the right weight, good mood and nice digestive system. Say John is going in for sports; that is good for him. However he cannot help but using alcohol between training sessions. Alcohol is high calorie product, but those are the so called “empty calories” – they are the result of obesity and bad mood after drinking. Even one drink prevents to control the nutrition schedule. Alcohol is known as a stimulator of appetite and as a result a man is going to eat much. The chosen diet is gone with alcohol surely. The brain, heart, stomach, liver, vessels are suffering greatly from alcohol consumption. It destroys every part in our organism. Nice mood may be achieved by other methods, by natural ways, by right nutrients.
   Thus, let’s have a deal. In the morning you leave the house for the open and fresh air. Hands up and start doing your morning exercises – it will take you only 20-30 minutes to finish ritual and have good mood. However your body will be very thankful – you make working the whole organism, each part, each cell, and each muscle. Then try to walk much during the day. If you are a teacher, for instance, change the position of your body regularly. Don’t stand or don’t seat all the time. Be sure to gain success.
