Food and Mood

  You mood is in power of your mind. That is the low of life. Change your mind and your body can be changed surely. People with good mood have perfect health, don’t they? How can we reach success? Those and other questions are on the agenda now. What food are we going to eat every day to have good health? What diet do we choose in order to win in modern life circle?
   Statistics say that in developed countries they consume about 40-70 kg of meat, in Turkish and Portuguese – 20 kg, in Japan – only 2 kg and in India – about 1 kg. That means that human’s organism is able to extract nutrients from meat of such quantity. Old people should eat meat only 1-2 times per week. They have to consume fish or dairy products instead of meat. Their diet must be programmed due to their age. This program will help them keep fit.
   The most valuable sea foods may be considered shrimp and plankton. Fish is rich in the necessary fats and carbohydrates. There are 150000 types of fish in the world ocean. Mollusks take the first place among them – shrimp, langoustes, octopus, clams, lobster – about 20000 spices. In addition, there are needle ones – trepans, globes, sea Hodges, etc.
   However tastes differ and the diet of every people is diverse. For example, in West Europe scats are thought edible, but in East Europe they are not eaten. In Japan they like soup made from shark’s fibs. They must be cooked about 2 hours.
   Nowadays fish is a very popular product for good health. They say if fish is on the table, then health is enough for 100 years long. It is also rich in mineral substances.
   H. Bawnhouer and E. Shmakke in their wonderful book “The World in XXI” say that there appeared lots of additional products, which had not been known before.
   It is important to add that taking a diet is not easy, but it is worth trying anyway.
   Everyone has to remember that he/she is responsible for health. So diet and exercises will do the best.
